Cajun/Teriyaki Pork Loin
Take a pork loin and inject it using the same device used to inject fried turkeys. Use a combination of Cajun seasonings, melted butter, and teriyaki sauce (Ratio as desired). Rub outside with Strawberry's Shake On Seasoning ( and grill using insert. Monitor with temperature probe. Leftovers make great sandwiches.
