Cajun/Teriyaki Pork Loin Take a pork loin and inject it using the same device used to inject fried turkeys. Use a combination of Cajun seasonings, melted butter, and teriyaki sauce (Ratio as desired). Rub outside with Strawberry's Shake On Seasoning (www.strawsbbq.com) and grill using insert. Monitor with temperature probe. Leftovers make great sandwiches.
